Rodeo Rub is a Texas-style brisket rub built for smoked brisket, beef ribs, grilled steaks, and tri-tip. They say everything's bigger in Texas, so we packed our Rodeo Rub to the brim with brown sugar, spices, and hickory smoke - designed to build a deep bark with low-and-slow smoke. Especially popular as both a beef brisket rub and a Texas rib rub.
Pro tip: After pulling your brisket off the smoker, tightly wrap it in butcher paper and let set in an insulated cooler for another 2-3 hours. The extra wait is worth it!
